Katie Surana is a senior at Herndon High School. She’s organized a drive to raise money for installing a water well in Ethiopia, worked on a humanitarian aid team in Nicaragua, set up a food and clothing donation outreach group through the Herndon’s Key Club and founded a Model United Nations Club at the school.
