Tri Pointe Homes, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S., wil hold the grand opening of two new townhome communities in Alexandria. Eisenhower Pointe will open in the West End neighborhood on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024. Del Ray Corner will open in the Del Ray neighborhood in March 2024. These new community openings will mark Tri Pointe Homes’ first developments in the City of Alexandria.
